Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict safety protocols.
- Assist the dentist during patient examinations and treatments (4-handed dentistry).
- Take and develop dental X-rays (training included for qualified candidates).
- Manage patient records, including updating charts and scheduling appointments.
- Explain dental procedures and post-care instructions to patients in a clear, friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and assist with lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with electronic health records.
- CPR certification is a plus but not mandatory.
