Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentist: Chairside assistance during examinations, procedures, and cleanings.
- Patient Care: Greet patients, prepare them for treatment, and ensure their comfort throughout the visit.
- Infection Control: Strictly adhere to sterilization and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
- Imaging: Take and develop dental X-rays (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Office Support: Manage patient records, handle phone inquiries, and assist with scheduling.
- Education: Provide patients with post-operative instructions and oral health education.
- Inventory: Monitor and restock dental supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and eagerness to learn over prior experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
