Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package prescription medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Verify prescription orders for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate dosages.
- Manage pharmacy inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and ordering pharmaceutical supplies.
- Assist patients with medication inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at the dispensary window.
- Operate pharmacy management software systems to track patient records and medication history.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
