As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our clients, providing them with the dignity, respect, and support they deserve. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility issues, including transferring patients in and out of bed or wheelchairs.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on specific dietary restrictions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and run errands as needed.
Qualifications
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive paid training program upon hiring.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is a plus but not required.
