Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense medications using provided automated dispensing systems
- Manage inventory with supplied barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Operate provided compounding equipment for sterile/non-sterile preparations
- Process insurance claims using supplied pharmacy management systems
- Maintain compliance with all state/federal regulations using provided reference materials
- Utilize provided refrigeration units for temperature-sensitive medications
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years retail/hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail with provided safety equipment
- Excellent communication skills with supplied customer service tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic computer skills with supplied workstations
