Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and personal care to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and medication reminders
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care notes and follow care plans
- Support family communication and care coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passionate about elder care and willing to learn
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to assist with mobility transfers
