Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Administer medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care notes and update care plans
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
