Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including restorative, surgical, and orthodontic treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with proper safety protocols
- Manage infection control by sterilizing instruments and maintaining operatory hygiene
- Prepare treatment rooms and materials for efficient patient flow
- Take accurate dental impressions and pour models for laboratory work
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Maintain digital patient records and schedule management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
