Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Monitor vital signs and report changes
- Engage in companionship and light housekeeping
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid DC driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or PCA certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Clear background check and negative TB test
- Compassionate nature and patience with seniors
- Strong communication skills in English
