Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medication reminders and track health vitals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe environments
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and report changes in client condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiver or home health experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist with transfers and lifting (25 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Compassionate demeanor with genuine care for others
