Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, health status, and resident preferences
- Support medication administration protocols under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and assist with meal service
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement personalized care plans
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
- Accurately complete documentation using electronic health records
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of senior care experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor with commitment to resident dignity
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
