Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Provide mobility assistance and transfer support using proper techniques
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being reporting changes to nursing staff
- Administer basic medications under supervision as per state regulations
- Maintain accurate resident charts and documentation
- Ensure a clean, safe, and homelike environment
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
