Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and physical condition changes
- Assist with medication administration under nursing supervision
- Support meal services and ensure dietary compliance
- Transport residents safely within the facility for appointments and activities
- Maintain clean and organized resident living spaces
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience in senior care preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly residents
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and health screening
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
