Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises

Qualifications
- Valid New York State CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in long-term care or acute care setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
