Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Support patients with daily living activities while maintaining dignity
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Report any changes in patient condition promptly to clinical staff
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in long-term care or home health
- Current CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
