Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Transport residents safely to appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean, sanitized resident rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Current NM Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or senior living experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
