Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health changes accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ensure resident safety at all times
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to maintain resident wellness plans
- Engage residents in social activities and emotional support
- Maintain clean and organized resident living spaces
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in senior care environment
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and compassion for elderly residents
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Clear TB test and background check
