Responsibilities

  • Provide direct personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, accurately.
  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and prevent falls.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding for patients who require dietary support.
  • Communicate changes in patient condition or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.

Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered Ohio CNA license required.
