Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, dietary intake, and physical conditions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Administer medications under proper supervision
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Collaborate with healthcare team members care plans
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- Current Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in a senior living setting
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude and patience with elderly residents
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Background check and drug screen clearance
