Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health changes
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of assistive devices
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with healthcare team for care plan updates
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- Current Nevada CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
