Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and safe movement techniques
- Support medication administration under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, organized resident environments
- Collaborate with healthcare team for personalized care plans
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Indiana CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and health screening
