Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rates.
- Assist with mobility, including transferring patients to and from beds or wheelchairs.
- Prepare meals and feed patients according to dietary restrictions.
- Document patient care activities and update medical charts accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) with a valid California license.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in a clinical or home healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and assist patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
