Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and health status changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Support meal services and monitor dietary intake
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team and family members
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor with commitment to elder care
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Clear background check and drug screening
