Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
- Offer emotional support and companionship to elderly clients
- Coordinate care plans with registered nurses and family members
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments as needed
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in home healthcare or geriatric care
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Reliable transportation with valid California driver's license
