Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
