Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN supervisor
- Prepare and serve meals with dietary accommodations
- Administer medications under RN oversight
- Document care activities accurately in EMR system
- Transport clients to medical appointments
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid WA driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test results
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Proficiency with mobile documentation apps
