Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Support emotional well-being through meaningful interactions
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to update care plans
- Transport residents to appointments and activities
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months senior care experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and observation skills
