Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized assistance in daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document health status changes accurately
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create tailored care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active NC CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in home care or assisted living
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Clear criminal background check and negative TB test
