Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) to elderly clients
- Monitor and document vital signs, medication schedules, and health changes
- Assist with mobility transfers, ambulation, and therapeutic exercises
- Collaborate remotely with care coordinators via our secure digital platform
- Prepare client care reports and update electronic health records
- Support families through regular communication updates
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months experience in home care or senior care
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation
