Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control procedures

Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Illinois (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- New graduates and career changers with no clinical experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
