Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Medication administration per care plan protocols
- Assistance with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Comprehensive meal preparation and feeding support
- Companionship and emotional engagement with residents
- Collaboration with nursing staff on care plans
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year senior care experience preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if transporting residents)
