Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and cosmetic treatments
- Manage digital radiography systems and intraoral cameras
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant operatory setups
- Take accurate dental impressions and pour models
- Execute infection control protocols with precision
- Manage patient flow and prepare treatment rooms efficiently
- Provide chairside assistance during surgical procedures
Qualifications
- Active DANB certification or Arizona Dental Assistant License
- Minimum 2 years chairside experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- DEXIS digital radiography experience required
- Exceptional communication and chairside manner skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to cover evening shifts (until 7 PM)
