Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including crowns, bridges, and cosmetic treatments
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for optimal efficiency
- Take accurate dental impressions and pour study models
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and inventory systems
Qualifications
- Current DANB certification or Arizona Dental Assistant license
- Minimum 2 years chairside experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography (X-ray) and imaging software
- CPR certification with current BLS credentials
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends
