Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare client-specific meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medications and track vital signs
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Transport clients to appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months home health aide experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Virginia driver's license and insured vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
