Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, meal prep)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Maintain accurate care documentation and logs
Qualifications
- NC Home Health Aide certification or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with seniors or disabled individuals
- Background check and TB test clearance required
