Responsibilities
- Perform patient intakes, vitals, and prepare patients for examinations.
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and documentation.
- Manage patient records, update electronic health records (EHR), and handle insurance verification.
- Coordinate lab specimens and referrals to specialists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
