Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate patient vitals (blood pressure, temperature, weight) and obtain comprehensive patient history.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with procedures and minor surgeries.
  • Administer injections, medications, and perform basic lab work including phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
  • Maintain and update patient charts in the EMR system, ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and referrals to specialists.
  • Ensure the examination rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with medical supplies.
  • Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk flow to ensure minimal wait times.

Qualifications
