Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and minimal patient discomfort
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA and CLIA standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Operate and sterilize phlebotomy equipment
- Assist with patient registration and specimen tracking
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience
- Valid CPR certification
