Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on diverse patient populations
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Verify patient identification and ensure proper specimen handling
- Operate laboratory equipment including centrifuges and analyzers
- Document procedures accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Current Colorado Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- BLS/CPR certification from an accredited provider
- Proficient in HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
