Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and minimal patient discomfort
- Process and label specimens according to strict laboratory protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our electronic health system
- Ensure all equipment is sterilized and clinical environments remain impeccably clean
- Provide compassionate patient education and reassurance during procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless specimen processing
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Phlebotomy Technician certification (or multi-state equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months of clinical phlebotomy experience
- Current CPR certification from recognized provider
