  • Verify patient identification and accurately label specimens to prevent mix-ups and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or Certified Phlebotomy Student (CPT-A) is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
