Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in outpatient and specialty settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Provide patient education on health management and prevention
- Assist in emergency response procedures when needed
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon RN license (unrestricted)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Experience with chronic disease management preferred
