Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatment plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Assist in emergency response situations and rapid assessments
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care or outpatient setting
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
