Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately with proper documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado RN license (or compact license with CO endorsement)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or relevant clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
