Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ER, Med-Surg, and specialty units
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Document clinical observations in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active NV RN license (or compact license)
- 1+ years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
