Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EHR systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license in good standing
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or specialty nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Experience with telehealth systems preferred
