Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency settings with compassion and precision
- Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Provide education to patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active FL RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year ER or critical care experience
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with 3+ years experience)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work 24-32 hours/week including nights/weekends
