Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned units with precision and empathy
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA protocols

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (required)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 1+ years of clinical experience in acute care
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
