Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document EMR entries accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans
- Adhere to HIPAA/JCAHO compliance standards
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical competence
Qualifications
- Active RN license (IN or OH)
- ADN or BSN from accredited program
- 1+ years clinical experience (preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong assessment/IV skills
- Electronic medical records proficiency
- Flexibility across multiple facilities
- Pass background/drug screening
