Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute/ambulatory settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on health management
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (or compact state)
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years exp)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- 1+ years clinical nursing experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
